  • CONSIDER
Entry requirements to the country may change at any time, before your trip we will provide you with the updated requirements.
  • VACCINES
Participants are required to be fully vaccinated.
  • DISABILITIES
Due to the physically demanding nature of the itineraries, we cannot accept the participation of travelers with mobility limitations to move independently, without the use of strollers or wheelchairs. You will walk long distances and visit places and attractions with uneven terrain that could be physically demanding or dangerous for people with reduced mobility.
  • PREPARATIONS
Úrsula will give a preparation talk before the trip, where they will provide you with all the details you need to know about the trip and tips that will help you make the most of your stay.
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE
The travel insurance that Palas Traveling includes is traveler assistance insurance. If you believe that this insurance is not enough, you can purchase extra insurance on your own.
  • ITINERARY
The itinerary could be affected according to the legal regulations of each country, natural conditions, among others.
  • DOCUMENTATION
All travelers must carry their documentation in order, passport and/or permanent residence valid for at least 6 months before their trip, considering that their passport must have at least 02 blank pages.
  • COVID-19
Please note that each country's rules regarding COVID-19 are constantly changing. Any inconveniences that may arise due to failure to present any document are your sole responsibility. If the passenger, when taking the COVID-19 test to originate this trip, obtains a positive result, we will work to assist them with a change of date at no cost for the change made (land part) with the accreditation of the Test that indicates that it left POSITIVE. Other expenses that this may cause are not covered by us and a claim would have to be made to the travel insurance that we include in this tour.
  • TOURS
The “tours” circuits mentioned in your trip will be reserved with a deposit (per person). This amount will not be refundable for any reason, since we are working with a special group cost; by not going on the trip, one of the confirming participants throws off the entire structure and negotiations. Any payment made for your trip will be non-refundable. If the reservation for this “circuit” tour is made less than 45 days in advance, full payment will be required, which, as we mention in our conditions, will not be refundable for any reason.
  • CANCELLATIONS
BEFORE THE DATE OF THE TRIP: If the passenger is forced to cancel his or her participation in the trip due to force majeure (death of a family member, detection of an illness), it will be analyzed as an independent case, working on the possibility of a change of travel. name, depending on the conditions provided to us by our representatives at the destination (at that time). We will provide all the support in this management, but it is not guaranteed that this procedure can be accepted by the suppliers. If the trip is affected by force majeure (governments closing borders, restricting entry to some particular nationalities, etc.), we will work on a rescheduling with a new travel date, under the same conditions. The money that has been paid and/or credited up to that point will remain as a credit for the new departure.
  • EXPULSIONES
Palas Traveling also reserves the right to expel passengers who significantly disrupt the smooth running of the trip. The expulsion could occur before the trip begins or during it, with no right to claim. By contracting the service with us you are accepting all our general terms and conditions.
