TRAVEL ITINERARY
Day 1 - Wednesday june 25, 2025
DEPARTURE TO ROME

They leave from their city of origin to meet the group of people who are going to travel, it could be O'Hare Airport, located in Chicago, Illinois.

Day 2 - Thursday june 26, 2025
ROME

We arrive at the Rome airport and from there we will transfer to the hotel.

We will go out to see the city, we will go to the Piazza di Spagna. It is very popular for Romans and tourists, then we will go to the Trevi Fountain, then we will go to the Roman Forum. The Roman Forum was the scene of public meetings, courts and gladiator fights in the Republican era and was full of shops and open-air markets. Then we will go to the Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II Also known as the Altar of the Fatherland is a huge monument in honor of Italy's Victor Emmanuel II.


At 3pm we will have a tour to see the famous Roman Amphitheatre better known as the ROMAN COLISEUM. One of the 7 wonders of the world. A brief review of the Roman Colosseum Built around 71 BC. In 1349 there was an earthquake that collapsed a large part of the Colosseum. But this wonderful ruin continues to impress us with its size and beauty.

At the end of the Colosseum Tour we will go to:

  • The Arch of Constantine is the best preserved

  • Then we will go to the Colosseum Viewpoint to take photos

  • We will eat or go for a famous Gelato

  • On the way back to the Hotel, we will pass by the Arch of Titus, in honor of the victorious military of Emperor Titus

Day 3 - friday june 27, 2025
FLORENCE AND SIENA

We will have an excursion to Florence.

We will leave the hotel at approximately 6:30 am. Then we will go from Florence to Pisa. There we will appreciate the leaning tower, a brief summary: it began to be built in 1,173, designed to be a bell tower, for more than 5 years it remained vertical, but when the third floor was finished, it began to lean slightly, it has been leaning for 851 years.

After being in Pisa we will go to Chianti where we will have lunch with wine tasting.

We will continue to the City of San Gimignano. A medieval city, we will travel to the Middle Ages. Located on top of a hill in central Italy. We will still be able to appreciate 14 of the 2 towers, where we can climb one of the 14 towers to appreciate the entire landscape. San Gimignano is considered a World Heritage Site. Then we will go to Siena, known for its shell-shaped square and the Palio horse races (a festival of medieval origin). We will visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria della Assunta, also declared a World Heritage Site. It is considered one of the most beautiful cathedrals in the world. Then we will go up to the Mirador where we will appreciate the shell-shaped square. After finishing touring the city of Siena, we return to Florence to take the fast train to Rome.

Day 4 - saturday june 28, 2025
VATICAN

We will leave the hotel early to go to Vatican City (7:05am).

A schedule set by the administrators. We will have an audience with Pope Francis which is a Mass with His Excellency that starts at 9am.

Dress Code: Shoulders covered, dress, skirt or pants that cover the knees.

After the Papal Audience we go to:

  • Vatican Museum where they house the works of art and masterpieces of all centuries. We will be able to see works by Renaissance artists such as Raphael, Michelangelo Bernini, Da Vinci, Contemporary works of art by Van Gogh, Dali and Picasso.

  • Sistine Chapel where we will appreciate works such as the baptism of Christ, by Pietro Perugino and assistants. The Temptations of Christ, Calling of the Apostles, Delivery of the keys to St. Peter, The Last Supper... among many more.

  • Peter's Basilica where the main attraction is the dome built over the tomb of St. Peter. There is also Michelangelo's Pietà among many other works.

  • At the end of the Vatican City Tour.

Day 5 - sunday june 29, 2025
DAY OFF

Most of them chose to go to Venice, where they will spend most of the day. They return to Rome at approximately 9pm.

If they want to have dinner, they can go to the Trastevere district.

Day 6 - monday june 30, 2025
DAY OFF

Most of us choose to go to Capri Island. We will leave at approximately 8am to the city of Naples where we will take the ferry which takes 40 minutes to get to Capri Island, there we will spend most of the day discovering the beautiful Island, we will visit the Marina Grande port, the Blue Grotto, see the Faraglioni, appreciate the Natural Arch of the Island.

We will return to Naples to take the train to Rome.

Day 7 - tuesday july 01, 2025
DEPARTURE TO THE UNITED STATES

We will leave at the airport bound for the USA.

  • PAYMENT PLAN
    Payments will be made as follows: Step 1: Make the deposit payment to reserve your trip Step 2: Make the weekly or biweekly payments indicated Step 3: Settle the total cost of your trip on the indicated date All prices are per person in dollars (USD) and the amounts to pay (deposit and weekly payments) vary depending on the total cost of your trip.
  • PAYMENTS
    In case of payments by credit/debit card, 3.5% of the amount to be charged must be added. If you want to save this surcharge you can make the payment through Zelle or bank transfer to our bank account.
  • DEPARTURE OF YOUR TRIP
    Each one will receive their air ticket from their city of origin (or nearest airport) to the destination. They are all direct connections. Your checked luggage departs from your city of origin and will arrive at your final destination.
  • DOCUMENTATION
    In order to participate in any trip, you must send us the following documentation (copy of valid passports and copy of covid-19 vaccination certificate), we will not be able to accept your reservation until we receive this complete documentation.
  • VISA
    Travelers with a US passport or permanent residence do not require a visa to visit Paris.
  • CONSIDER
    Entry requirements to the country may change at any time, before your trip we will provide you with the updated requirements.
  • VACCINES
    Participants are required to be fully vaccinated.
  • DISABILITIES
    Due to the physically demanding nature of the itineraries, we cannot accept the participation of travelers with mobility limitations to move independently, without the use of strollers or wheelchairs. You will walk long distances and visit places and attractions with uneven terrain that could be physically demanding or dangerous for people with reduced mobility.
  • PREPARATIONS
    Úrsula will give a preparation talk before the trip, where they will provide you with all the details you need to know about the trip and tips that will help you make the most of your stay.
  • TRAVEL INSURANCE
    The travel insurance that Palas Traveling includes is traveler assistance insurance. If you believe that this insurance is not enough, you can purchase extra insurance on your own.
  • ITINERARY
    The itinerary could be affected according to the legal regulations of each country, natural conditions, among others.
  • DOCUMENTATION
    All travelers must carry their documentation in order, passport and/or permanent residence valid for at least 6 months before their trip, considering that their passport must have at least 02 blank pages.
  • COVID-19
    Please note that each country's rules regarding COVID-19 are constantly changing. Any inconveniences that may arise due to failure to present any document are your sole responsibility. If the passenger, when taking the COVID-19 test to originate this trip, obtains a positive result, we will work to assist them with a change of date at no cost for the change made (land part) with the accreditation of the Test that indicates that it left POSITIVE. Other expenses that this may cause are not covered by us and a claim would have to be made to the travel insurance that we include in this tour.
  • TOURS
    The “tours” circuits mentioned in your trip will be reserved with a deposit (per person). This amount will not be refundable for any reason, since we are working with a special group cost; by not going on the trip, one of the confirming participants throws off the entire structure and negotiations. Any payment made for your trip will be non-refundable. If the reservation for this “circuit” tour is made less than 45 days in advance, full payment will be required, which, as we mention in our conditions, will not be refundable for any reason.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    BEFORE THE DATE OF THE TRIP: If the passenger is forced to cancel his or her participation in the trip due to force majeure (death of a family member, detection of an illness), it will be analyzed as an independent case, working on the possibility of a change of travel. name, depending on the conditions provided to us by our representatives at the destination (at that time). We will provide all the support in this management, but it is not guaranteed that this procedure can be accepted by the suppliers. If the trip is affected by force majeure (governments closing borders, restricting entry to some particular nationalities, etc.), we will work on a rescheduling with a new travel date, under the same conditions. The money that has been paid and/or credited up to that point will remain as a credit for the new departure.
  • EXPULSIONES
    Palas Traveling also reserves the right to expel passengers who significantly disrupt the smooth running of the trip. The expulsion could occur before the trip begins or during it, with no right to claim. By contracting the service with us you are accepting all our general terms and conditions.
  • LUGGAGE
    The baggage allowance is only one 50-pound (23 kilos) suitcase and one carry-on throughout the tour.
